Rising to meet your true self
Breaking free of procrastination and self-sabotage can feel like your hamster running around in circles, and that’s your only choice, your only option. Aligning our words with our values is a struggle, and the world is consumed by drama, fear, and projection. It’s essential to remember that, as individuals, we can choose to align with transcendence and rise to the occasion.
We are all leaders in our own right. When we start loving ourselves more deeply, we can feel the pulse of change, not just in the earth, but more profoundly, we feel it in our soul and spirit. It’s time for a change, embracing radical acceptance, love, and inclusivity, which align with the things that matter to you. When we learn to stop. We can see things clearly.
I hope that today you find it within your spirit to pause, stop, and reflect on essential things in your personal and professional lives.
Are you showing up fully?
Are you over-giving?
Are you overcompensating?
All of this can create chaos, and you are the solution. So, rather than going back into your shell or a
cage, wherever you choose to mask, remember this is an opportunity for all of us to lean into love, not fear.

🌸 Self-Love Practice for Women New to Spirituality
✨ Tip for Beginners: You don’t need to believe in everything at once. Let this be an experiment in kindness toward yourself. Over time, the practice becomes a safe space to nurture love and trust.
Create a Safe Space (5 minutes)
Find a quiet corner in your bed, a chair, or a car.
Light a candle, hold a crystal, or place your hand over your heart.
Whisper: “This is my time. I am safe to connect with myself.”
Ground Through Breath (3 minutes)
Inhale slowly through the nose, feeling your chest rise.
Exhale gently through the mouth, releasing tension.
With each breath, imagine drawing light into your heart and letting go of heaviness.
Mirror or Heart Affirmation (5 minutes)
If you have a mirror, look into your own eyes. If not, keep your hand on your heart.
Speak softly: I am worthy of love
Repeat affirmation three times, even if it feels new or uncomfortable.
Gentle Journaling Prompt (10 minutes)
Write down:
One thing I forgive myself for today.
One thing I am proud of myself for today is
One way I will show myself love tomorrow.
Keep it short; just a few sentences are enough.
Close with Gratitude (2 minutes)
Place your palms together at your heart or fold your hands in your lap.
Whisper: “Thank you, body. Thank you, heart. Thank you, soul.”
Visualize yourself surrounded in soft golden light, as if being hugged by the universe.
