Choosing to face your whole career around women surviving SSA abuse has been a daunting task primarily focusing on the inner child trauma sexual abuse affects millions.

Hi I'm Elise I have worked with women all over the world virtually and in person for the last eight years. I love what I do and I’m excited to bring this article to you today and continue our discussion about raising awareness.

The statistics are staggering and it’s difficult sometimes to speak out of fear of retaliation, shame or fear.

As leaders of change in our industry we have immense amount of pressure to preform as it’s been conditioned and expected of us from birth. Literally I believe Alan watts does a wonderful way of explaining these concepts however ai will do most of the work these days and you will listen more to a simple 30-60 second episode versus taking the time necessary to understand and comprehend the message the actual meaning.

Who's to say the meaning of why sexual abuse or any kind of abuse happens and why there is so much trauma will even make sense?

The point of reference in which you find yourself gravitationally being pulled towards is a direct response your attention.

When focused and intentional we accomplish great things. There is nothing wrong with a structure or a framework it just can not be forced.

Allowance comes from a place of certainty and clarity comes from a state of being (connection) this is often chopped up to careers, success, relationships etc.

School has been so supportive along my journey ❤️ How about you? What keeps you aligned?

This does not mean the abuse never happened it's just allowing yourself to uncondition yourself to the idea that your broken.

We need substance not static

What if you took the questions you longed to have answered and broke them into smallest tasks possible. Not making one more important than the other but allowing the feeling of knowing to come into the forefront and allowing the analytical mind to rest on peace. If you are seeker you will find. Most Mystic cultures love to define the mind, body and spirit but the answers are already within.

With my Bachelors degree coming to end this June it's important to reflect upon choices that resulted in a improved state of health.

Most of us really want to feel connected and loved.

Reducing suffering is always the focus so if we hold the greatest vision, intention and embodiment of peace than shouldn’t it all be perfect?

At any moment things can shift so know this: the cycles 🔄 of experience and life are in a constant vibration. Your actions. Behavior and cognition reflected back is your true state so the key is to be honest. Remember it's not going to change unless you do so keep trying your best and release the attachment to the outcome.

Routinely we find ourself looking for answers and yes they will come when the student is ready, the teacher will arrive. (we have all heard this 😅)

Master Shi Heng Yi said it best “are you just gonna wait forever for the teacher to arrive?”


Self mastery begins the moment you stop allowing what could go wrong to lead you and when you start letting the potentiality for things to go right and the commitment to those things to prosper.

During my awakening journey I felt the pressures from the pandemic and also from society, self, peers and family, I self sabotaged out of fear but also out of not wanting the recognition of being some Guru.

I defensively left behind people, placed things and habits above others and that destoryed my nervous system.

If you let others define you than what's left.

If your own doubt and critisim rule 🚷 than what?

The identity you want to express can sometimes become lost in areas that resist the outcomes. The challenge is to allow the experiences to flow especially ones outside of your control.

Peace

It is apart of the process just don’t forget to bring yourself.

Remember this process is all available from the space within so make the choice, believe and practice implementing little things daily to get your closer to those goals, dreams and aspirations.

Take gradual steps each day to feel and interact deeper in the present moments and inspire yourself to take action here in the now.

Trust yourself and know it’s possible for you.
